that's what it's all about. it was never about the ten dollar piece of crap plastic that goes in a drawer six months later but about the fact that your parents loved you enough to spend their hard earned ten dollars for that piece of crap plastic the television set told you you really wanted. it was never about the things under the tree but about the people who put those things under the tree.

and furthermore the One who gave us the ones that put the things under the tree He created in the world He created and the home made out of the materials He created.

the One who gave His only Son for us idiot traitors all of us so we wouldn't be doomed from the get go but have a second chance.

i wouldn't give my son or daughter for someone else. but the Creator of freaking everything did.

and what a gift that is.

that is what the twenty fifth that we celebrate is really all about.

giving because we were given to.
